Becoming a corporate woman brought forth my huge appreciation for blazers. They are professional, classy, and they just ooze authority. It is not a secret that I’m a huge Sam’s Club fan, and Sam’s has recently solidified my love by carrying adorable Company by Ellen Tracy blazers. I stumbled upon them marked down to $13, so I had to snag two.
I particularly like the length and shape of these blazers. On me, these hang to the top of my hips, which I think is flattering for the torso. They also come in black and a black and royal blue striped. How cute are the polka dot rolled cuffs?? I picked up two Eddie Bauer v-neck tees (one in grey and one in navy) from Sam’s for $8 apiece to put under the blazers I purchased. These v-necks are super soft and not too deep—perfect for work (and for cuddling puppies, ha!)!
I also have to take a moment to tell every working woman to go to Marshall’s to get a pair of these Impo Stretch scuba boots. They are by far the most comfortable booties, and they looks so sleek and dynamic with trousers. I even wore them with my faux leather leggings to my engagement party last weekend.
Not only are these booties comfortable, but they are also affordable. I got them for less than $30. Last I checked, Marshall’s still had many pairs of them. I also snagged Impo Stretch pointy-toed kitten heels for $20 from Marshall’s. I will have to feature them in a future post because they too are super comfy and very fashionable for the workplace.
